Ask HN: What to do when Google Takeout fails

I've had a google workspace subscription for years, and stored about 12TB in google drive, mostly backups in a single folder. Recently, google decided to hard lock accounts over the pooled storage limit, unless you pay 300$ per month. I'd like to move away from workspace, but Google Takeout fails continually even for that single folder in drive.

Sort of at a loss what to do now, as I can't use rclone either due to the account having advanced protection enabled.
