This story first broke on TikTok, by Amy Nelson[1], whose husband, former AWS real estate manager Carleton Nelson, has been sued by Amazon in a 3-year dispute over a series of data center real estate deals. After many delays by Amazon, a federal judge decided to dismiss majority of Amazon's claims[2].
