I, for one, think there's a business model where you can get users to play-to-earn. I doubt it's a five year term but it can happen. There are still plenty of decisions that a human can make that a computer can't make that it would be profitable to use a game to get people to make those decisions and have the company sell the service. The hard part is deciding what those abilities are and how to package them so they are attractive to businesses and consumers.
