Ask HN: What are my best options for building on top of AI today?

I have a few product/project ideas that will use AI. This particular example isn't important, but one idea is a tool/service that allows a company to quickly generate a centralized hub, in the form of a chat bot, by granting it access to particular Google Docs and Jira projects, etc. This would enable company's to direct its employees to this bot which would allow them to quickly get answers to common employee questions, such as policy questions, other FAQ, and even more specific domain knowledge. My question is, what are the AI options for building such a tool today? Is it ChatGPT...or something else?

Also related, do any of the offerings allow you to feed it data by simply providing a URL it would I need to do the work myself or crawling the source doc or site myself and then feeding it to the AI as context/data?

Appreciate any ideas on the possible ways to go about building something like this today.
