In this midlength video (23ish minutes), Dr Simon Clark goes over the issues High Court Judge Michael Burton identified with the docu-movie "The inconvenient truth" by Al Gore. With the benefit of time, Dr Clark, identifies which errors were in-fact not errors, verifies which errors were indeed correctly identified by Judge Burton.

In addition, Dr Clark mentions a grave error in the movie, namely the politicization of climate change, and the consequences of above actions with respect to talking about, and dealing with the problem.

Disclaimer: not affiliated with Dr Clark.

I interpreted the "error" to be the shying away from politicization of cimate change. "Everyone should buy efficient light bulbs" is a very American centrist take on how to tackle climate change. I assume the things that Dr Clark would like to have seen discussed would have got Al Gore burned as a communist witch at that time.
Possibly, perhaps if Al Gore had instead turned it into “doing good for our community, our farmers, our cities, our health, and most importantly national security” and so on, and was honest on the timeline, things would have turned out differently.
