Ask HN: Do you use any brainstorming tools or apps you could recommend?

Not sure if this has been asked already, but couldn't find what I need.

I have generated hundreds of notes and lists on my phone and tablet containing sparks of ideas in the last 10 years. Some, which were more realistic, I used to make some very successful project. However, now I want to put all these together and just see if I missed something.

Is there an app or tool where you can put ideas and use it for brainstorming? Or just analyze, which of these ideas is more feasible or at least realizable?
