I have been questioning myself a lot about this for the past couple of months.
And in order to give more direction and clarity to my team, I came to a method much more practical and this turned into a tool.
Today, I have launched this tool for free to anyone and any manager that I may be able to help!
It is called Career Tracker and our main focus was to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform that empowers managers to create their own practical career ladder, enabling them to track and monitor their team's progress effectively.
