Poll: would you switch to Opensource OS b/c privacy issues?

since both MS and Apple are running now lots of different services (iTunes, iCloud, Live, Office 360 etc) and are integrating these services more and more in there OS (stores etc). Would you be put off upgrading to a new version because of possible privacy issues regarding this tight integration, and instead switch to a Linux variant?<p>(I didn't mention Google because you can easily switch to GM and leaf off the Gapps and Chrome OS is not that bigg)
