The die analysis is awesome. Great coverage. Strongly tells that yes, L3 was cut, but the cores are also 35% smaller.
It'll be interesting to see what small Epyc cuts & how it does. Intel has a very strong small core with the E-core. Amazing jump. They supposedly have a many core chip quite a ways off based on it, and it could be an amazing offering, especially as Intel gets it's fab marching again.
