Strongly suggests to me a popular use case for phones/tablets having video out. I'm not sure what the state of the world is for this at the moment. I've had Samsung devices for a while now & the Dex computer is pretty fine.
I understand that the Linux variant of Dex that Samsung had is no more, but there's constant rumors eventually Android will get some better containerization offerings.
