tldr. this video shows some kids got access to the Ring video camera installed inside of the house, and spoke to them with Live View. Person who posted it claims that they all have 2nd factor authentication, which means it will be hard to hack them.
They have contacted Ring support, and no informative answer yet.
It would be interesting to see them at least acknowledging it. But I guess what you really can do as a user, probably close to nothing, other than just complain on the internet.
