It is a chemical imbalance in the brain that causes depressive thoughts and bad thoughts and dark thoughts. Needs the right medication and/or therapy to overcome.

Sometimes you need the right food with the right vitamins, or take vitamin supplements to get better and treat that chemical imbalance.

its not just lack of medication/vitamins but, lack of freedom, suppression or abuse by parents that is causing it in the first place.
This is a common misconception which has been clinically proven to be incorrect.

For my wife, she needed to rebuild new neural pathways to recover from depression, which isnt something fixed by food and vitamins.
