I wonder if you maintain a personal career roadmap file that you keep updated, with stuff like things you should learn on the long-term, habilities, certifications, promotions you are preparing for?

If you do, for how long have you been maintaining it and how does it look like now?

This is something I've never heard of, but sounds interesting. Is this roadmap more to help you stay focused on career advancement? Or is there another reason?
