A driver accused an individual of racist harassment (which did not happen according to the individual) and Amazon chose to suspend that individual's access to services as a result.

I guess nuance and truth are hard to come by from a YouTube channel whose sole personality appears to be the tired "angry gamer" trope.

So, a driver supposedly reported a customer made a racist remark. Except the customer wasn't home and wasn't using the doorbell remotely. What investigation did Amazon do?

I don't know of anyone that would trust a contractor complaining about a customer with no investigation. Yet it doesn't seem any investigation was done, because the customer didn't even know why services were discontinued.

When IoT and cancel culture go mainstream. This isn't the last time we will see something like this happen.
