I was confused by the terminology shift for the Technology sentiment questions in this year's survey.
My read on it is that "Admired" is equivalent to previous years' "Loved" metric, whereas "Desired" is a more expansive "Want" that includes people that already use the tech.
I'm not sure I understand the purpose of grouping the opinions of people who have and haven't used a technology ("Desired"), but at least we can still concern ourselves with the users ("Admired"). Annoying that you can't sort on it anymore, though.
