Tell HN: SendGrid making it impossible to open a support request now
This morning we noticed our Emails weren't working. After some investigation we realized that our Sendgrid Account was suspended because it was using an expired credit card.
They require don't allow you to update the billing information for some reason so you have to manually contact support.
To do this, we tried going through the support portal and after many tries we realized that the "new ticket" form is now hidden under a scrollble "knowledge" articles.
We have been a paying customer for a long time and found this whole process very frustrating and stressful. I don't understand why corporations make it impossible for paying customers to contact them.
