The AWS Console is mostly down (us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com) 41 points by The28thDuck 3y ago ↗ HN
[–] The28thDuck 3y ago ↗ The link reads: " AWS Management Console Home page is currently unavailable. You can monitor status on the AWS Service Health Dashboard. You can also get to your AWS services by using these links: EC2 ECS CloudWatch Lambda S3 RDS CloudFront Route53 IAM VPC CloudFormation DynamoDB Looking for a different service? Choose any link above, then select a new destination from the Services menu at the top of your screen. Here are some other common destinations: Billing, Account Details, AWS Support."Only some of the mentioned services work like EC2 and S3. CloudWatch is down, as is Elastic Beanstalk. [–] celestialcheese 3y ago ↗ Those service links are intermittent - getting 504's on S3 console
[–] munkee 3y ago ↗ Looks like us-east-1 is mostly down as well [–] The28thDuck 3y ago ↗ How can you tell? [–] munkee 3y ago ↗ I got some services running on us-east-1. All of them are down all of a sudden.

[–] vitorfs 3y ago ↗ Our infra is all on us-east-1.Our EC2s seems to be working fine. But RDS is down for us. [–] bas 3y ago ↗ Our RDS instances seem to be fine (can connect, run queries, ...). The console is borked though.

[–] joshuanapoli 3y ago ↗ You can access the console with a region specific-link (for any region but us-east-1) like this: https://us-west-2.console.aws.amazon.com/console/home?region...
[–] ishjoh 3y ago ↗ wanted to install a new ssl cert for cloudfront which can only be done on US-EAST-1, wish that would get fixed to allow SSL certs in different regions.
