Ask HN: Books to learn about Arabic text processing

I'm looking for good books on how to process Arabic texts. I'm looking in particular for a description the various encoding and character sets, how Arabic is displayed and written with a computer.

For example CJKV Information Processing by Ken Lunde is excellent for CJKV (Chinese / Japanese / Korean / Vietnamese) languages. I'm looking for something similar, but for Arabic languages.
