I can definitely see where the "educated workers" producing this headline should be concerned. But the study talks a lot less about replacement and more about productivity, and the fact that there are too few new workers to replace those that are retiring. So AI probably did not write this headline; it probably would have been more accurate.
It doesn't seem that way, at least yet. If anything AI will just make entry level jobs much harder to get, and make it easier to fire workers that managers don't like.
