I wouldn't hire someone who didn't think it was important.
I don't see why not. I've had multiple positions in the industry. The ones where I was happiest and most productive where when I was emcoiraged to have work life balance.
Absolutely, and I do.

My expectations of my teams are simple: deliver what you say you will, when you say you'll do it.

I don't care about butt-in-seat time, I don't care when or where you work.

I only care that you do what you say you will, when you say you will.

How you structure your life around that, is completely up to you.

When I read your question an intense feeling of sadness hit me.
Why wouldn't you, other than the obvious?
