Suddenly joke RFCs like HTCPCP (also mentioned on the page) make more sense. I get the meme that coffee is developer juice but not exactly how that became stuff like "418 I'm a teapot" as a response code and message.

>I'm looking forward to the extended protocol ' Sugar bowl ' A parody of ' I'm a Little Teapot ' : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I'm_a_Little_Teapot

'I'm a little teapot short and stout... here is my handle... and here is my handle... Oh f..k!, I'm a sugar bowl!'

At the time of my above post I was unable to remember the correct attribution for the parody Comedy Skit,

it was either One of 'The Goodies' (perhaps Tim Brooke-Taylor) : https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Goodies

or One of the Pythons, of 'Monty Python's Flying Circus' : https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monty_Python
