People in IT what do you use now that Google is trash?
A decade ago it was super easy to find any solution to error messages, I could always find a forum with such obscure information thanks to Google, or even duckduckgo, but now, I've cycled through at least 10 engines now, and I'd say half the time I end up giving up as there's just no information to be found. While chatgpt can be helpful sometimes, it usually is my last resort and usually useless at that point.

[ 4.7 ms ] story [ 9.2 ms ] threadIt's pretty much a sad situation in regard to search engines. I do understand the difficulty due to the way a lot of websites want to engage in regard to crawling the data in the first place.
I'd say as a last resort try kagi, but I've no idea how deep and wide their results are, even if many are saying great things. What many people say doesn't seem to amount to much these days. A lot of people thought adding reddit was the greatest trick ever to help google, but most would have never compared those results to some other focus with google like ... inurl:stackexchange [note now appears to work with duckduckgo]
