thank you! the very existence of a "Target" store was not looked upon well, for a very long time.

anyway the majority of the City is Asian; not the people who want attention all the time, or the people who spend more than half the year elsewhere.. this is provably true, not my opinion

The San Francisco you knew will never return. The city has crashed and recovered dozens of times. Each time differently than the last. It will rise again in a new and interesting way. And crash again too.

It is difficult and expensive to convert open space office to micro apartments, but it should be way easier to convert hotel rooms to micro apartments.
