I don't think they'd want to publish specific evidence with specific examples!

I also doubt The Guardian would publish pure hearsay without some basis.

This warning was issued by the TPA - the Taxpayers Alliance - a nut job right wing lobbying organisation funded by libertarians. Quite why they think they have cybersecurity chops isn’t clear, the normally whine about NHS funding or corporate tax, but the report should be taken with a large spoon of salt.
