Twitter's Throttling of “What Is a Woman?” Was Not Censorship (removed.substack.com)

That is another definition of censorship and I disagree with it. No, transparent censorship isn't fine. I won't use the term "throttling", because it is unfitting and manipulative in the context of past Twitter behavior.

I also doubt that in this particular case the author was informed for that matter.
