Absolutely. They honestly sound like a criminal, no pun intended, and used worse than poor judgement.
Fuck, I was justified to draw my conceal carry pistol to defend myself from 5 attacking men and was forced to face an AAWAD case. Not a bullet was fired, but it cost me $50k, a year plus of uncertainty, and moving because some assholes decided they could get violent because they were untouchable. The law doesn't forgive any error in self-defense and you won't ever be made whole, even if you were trying to avoid hospitalization or death. You will still be prosecuted without mercy because investigators and DAs prove their impact in statistics, not justice. I get the privilege to pay even more thousands to go through expunction. State-sanctioned financial rape and suffering in addition to being attacked. There is no recourse except to take the bruises. I learned the the lesson to always remember to allow a bunch of rando elite athlete jocks to beat the shit out of me to impress chicks every time because I don't have the favored demographics.
