At 5:20 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dka29FSZac&t=5m20s ), you can listen to the CEO briefly discuss his hiring preferences. The Youtuber is surprisingly understanding, considering he's the exact demographic OceanGate seems to look down on. But I guess this passivity is why discriminatory comments like this are socially acceptable to say out loud.
Someone pointed out its just standard CEO speak for “I want to hire cheaper less experienced people.”
