Show HN: I made a curated job board (backed.careers)

Hi HN!

I built a job board that aggregates openings from interesting (and growing) companies that are backed by great investors. The goal is to solve a problem I and some friends face during job hunts; We all start with a spreadsheet hunting down companies we'd be excited to work for, but the process is time-consuming! The goal is to have a place that's done the time consuming research for you.

I'm eager for feedback. What is your process when you search for a job? Are some pain points/problems you face?
