Why would it get flagged?

Although reading the article, it seems like click-bate, which is disappointing from the BBC.

Bate? Bait? It's not even accurate news, only after a few paragraphs (BuzzFeed style paragraphs where each of them contain 1 sentence) does it say "He later tweeted short videos of walruses, perhaps suggesting his challenge to Mr Zuckerberg may not entirely be serious.".

I don't think they agreed to do anything.

This is almost on the level of publishing the headline "Obama threatens to kill Jonas brothers with predator drones" because Obama joked about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWKG6ZmgAX4
