Zapier doesn't offer anything to startups but it was a startup that had support

Zapier doesn't offer any startup plans or discounts but it was a startup itself. Why do companies lose their culture? They were a YC Company they had support.

Like why? Why do all monopolies have to act like this?

Considering this I think culture turnover for a startup is ~10 years.

That's why companies die in the end and new ones appear.
