Photographer Claims Rights to ‘Boudoir’ to Shut Down Competitors on Facebook (petapixel.com)

Does Facebook hard-delete these accounts? Is there ever any chance of someone recovering their account in a situation like this?

Good idea, I’m registering the words “like” and “share” as a trademark and proceed to take down all social media posts.. win-win :)
