The only solution to this problem is breaking up the shrinking number of large companies that control media consumption. They'll always have their First Amendment rights to moderate their content, but at least they'd have more competition.
You completely changed your comment after I replied. It used to be something like: "These companies should be acquired so we can find out what the TOS violations were."
I mean, in his defense, Amazon really is after him. I also find his whining impossible to listen to for the incredible duration of his videos. However, this is extremely unlikely to be "just a coincidence". It definitely fits retaliation and not much else given the timing.

It's all about narrative. In this case it's the small guy trying to fight against the big bad company.
Bottom line if you can make a soap opera out of you life and tell it on the web then your going to gain a following. It's very interesting.
