Ask HN: What's a good exercise program to improve flexiblity/mobility?
How do you guys address the physical consequences of sitting 8 hr a day ?
I am noticing a lot more a reduction in mobility and flexibility whether we talking about tight quads and shoulder, range of motion in my back or hips etc... The main cause is probably 8 hr a day of programming/desk job. It's easy to find good program focusing on endurance or strength, but looking for something improving range of motion and flexibility. (maybe pilate?)
