I can open it with https://thepiratebay.org If it's filtered in your area, there are various online anonymizers/unblockers to reach that and similar sites. Not publishing addresses for obvious reasons but they can be found with the right query on some search engines.

You don't need to be able to register to use the site. It's been publicly accessible for years now.

If TPB would have an "exclude porn" check box, I would like them a lot more. They have check boxes for categories, but then you can only search in one category at a time. I want to search everything EXCEPT porn.
