Ask HN: What bug tracking tool are you using?

I'm looking for a good, easy-to-use, flexible bug-tracking tool for an early-stage startup. There are internal (full-time) employees, plus contractors, plus customers & partners who may also need access. We'd like something that scales with us and can provide reasonable reporting on bug categories, priority / severity, age, platform, etc.

Where I am, we use BugZilla which is open-source.

I don't believe it has a customer-side access like Jira or ServiceNow (at least we don't have it set-up) but it does have e-mail hooks which you can make open tickets for you. Here's how: https://www.bugzilla.org/docs/3.6/en/html/api/email_in.html
