Regardless of the decision, it's strange that someone used a real person's identity to use as a fictional "customer" in the filing.

In normal times this would have been considered perjury and been cause to throw the case out due to lack of demonstrated injury.

These are not normal times. And apparently elections do indeed have consequences.
