What is the privacy policy of Readability.com?

How can such a big site have no privacy policy ? (try googling for site:readability.com privacy policy)

I am troubled that I'm using this site's chrome extension, and every site I try to read nicely it sends it to their site for scraping the site, saving unknown cookies on my computer.

Is there an alternative which maybe can do the nice rendering on my browser, without contacting a 3rd party site with cookies and all ?
