Note that you can choose any country in the world.

EDIT: I mean in the form, in the dropdown field "country".

That's the generic notification the site has always had, I don't think it applies to these inquiries or they should have limited the list of countries in the form dropdown.
They have now clarified on Twitter:

> We support businesses in the same countries we're open to for consumer sale. We want to hear from businesses in other countries as well though to let us know where to prioritize geographic expansion.
