Ask HN: What's the best web back end functional stack in 2023

I'm enjoying the SAFE stack in F#. But, as this is my first functional first language I'm not sure what other languages have to offer. What else is out there in 2023?

I'm a huge fan of strongly typed functional programming as it seems to help me produce more robust applications.
