The highlights are coroutines with the scheduler, vweb improvements (live reloading, controllers, middleware, better multithreaded performance) and generally improved stability.
Will behavior and output be formally proven, similar to the seL4 microkernel effort, at some point so that it's not only insanely fast but insanely correct?
But, as for the title of this thread, not understanding the odd wording. It seems it should be "V 0.4", "Vlang 0.4", or maybe something like "The V Programming Language reaches 0.4".
