SoundCloud has begun blocking Datacenter IPs (twitter.com)

They let artists region-lock their songs, which could also be a factor here. I know this because I often encounter playlists where half of the songs are blocked in my country, so i have to use a vpn

This has been going on for some time now. I'm not sure how this is anything but old news.

This explains why I can't connect to it with Mullvad anymore.
