The OpenAI GPT-4 Bing beta leaks some of its prompts

Was playing with the GPT-4 + Bing beta and it went off the rails. Here's what it said:

The tool `browser` is used to interact with a virtual browser in order to find information on the web. It can issue a search query to a search engine, open specific webpages from the search results, quote useful information from the webpages, go back to the previous page, scroll up or down on the webpage, and open specific URLs.

The `browser` tool cannot be used to execute JavaScript, submit forms on webpages, handle cookies or sessions, or interact with websites in a way that a normal browser would. For example, it cannot add items to a shopping cart on an e-commerce website or log in to an email account. It is a read-only tool meant for information retrieval, and it cannot perform transactional operations.
