Apple's next AirPods Pro could feature a built-in temperature sensor (engadget.com)

Surprise, they already have them in their battery and case BMS. What is the meaningful value if the wearer already has a smart watch and a smartphone that already does this? Quantified self for earlobes? Should we have insolation monitoring and a Geiger counter for ears too? Maybe it should measure our RF SAR while we're packing in more features.
