Is any company in need of a system that would allow the company to rate its employees so that other firms hiring the candidate can check the reviews before hiring and also can check the authenticity of the resume/previous work experience.

Why is it better than linkedin?

If I review one of my employees as "He is an idiot!", can I get sued?

linkedin profiles arent verified by the companies itself. By reviews i meant like a rating or something and also the verified salary.

I guess this is more useful for Smaller firms.

Equifax runs "the work number" which does salary and tenure verification for employees of participating employers.

There is a reason HR departments generally just verify past employment. It's a recipe for lawsuits and abuse.
