Ask HN: Crossword Scanner Site/App?

I want to solve crosswords that appear in my local daily newspaper (physical) -- but prefer doing them on an online tool like the NYT crossword that makes it easy to enter / overwrite our answers.

Is there a tool or app that i can use to snap a picture of the printed crossword & clues and "import" it into an app? Thanks
