Ask HN: Best resources for learning Elasticsearch in 2023?

As titled - I'm interested in learning more about using elasticsearch in online external-facing applications (e.g.: powering a tenanted search experience for a logged-in user). I'm not as interested in ELK-stack focused content, which seems to be the bulk of what I can find online. What material have people found to be useful?
