I'm still not really sure whether NZ is east or west of Australia. And I have very little idea of its true landmass, sitting next to a massive island like that.

It is about 1000 miles east of the southeast corner of Australia. It’s about 1/3 bigger than Florida and about 1/3 smaller than California - roughly the same size as Colorado or the UK.

We're just off the bottom right-hand corner of those maps - they're saving a little size - and cost :)
