He feels pretty shameless to me. By far one of the quickest loudest voices to call Oumuamua an alien craft, to go full Rendezvous with Rama. Finds some platinum metal wire in the ocean, & you guessed it, aliens!
I don't know how we very these claims that what they found really is from interstellar meteorite. That would be remarkable, to actually have tracked that down in the ocean. Maybe they did! But of course, it's not just meteorite. It's an alien thing!
