Ask HN: How to sell small volume of European products on Amazon

Short story is, I bootstrapped 250 units of a physical product I was attempting to sell in the EU. I was planning to fulfill and ship orders myself, and due to bootstrapping and the low volume I started out with, I didn't get around to registering a business entity. The project has been a money-sink, and I've decided to shift focus to a different project ant not to scale it further. For personal reasons I moved out of the EU so now I can't fulfill orders manually either. I wanted to send the existing products to a fulfillment center and automate the sales, but all of the fulfillment centers I've seen require an EU business entity, and you can't really use them as a private person. It seems that starting an EU business entity requires a lot of paperwork and paying an accountant on a monthly basis. I'm a dual US/EU citizen, another option would be to send my inventory to the US, where it's both easier to register a business entity, and possible to use fulfillment centers as a private person. But then I have to pay customs taxes to get the inventory to the US and my most interested customers who are in the EU will have to pay high shipping costs and customs taxes again to get the product back to the EU.

So, the TL;DR of my question is: how can I automate order fulfillment in the EU for 250 units of a product without registering a business entity? Is there such a thing as a third party seller who would sell the products on my behalf? How would I go about finding that?

For context: my EU citizenship and inventory are currently in Hungary, and the product is a niche card game.
