Works fine for me. Are you using Cloudflare DNS? If so I would never expect consistent results as archive.is give CF bogus records on purpose. Example [1] anywhere you see a response of 1.1.1.7 they are using CF and will get bad answers.
The only other issues on the internet I see are Prolexic (A big DDoS scrubbing network), Reddit and a few other prior blips for CF and Level 3. [1] Nothing on IWM [2] Are you by chance on Level 3? Otherwise no idea.
I can reach them from Los Angeles, Toronto Canada, Fremont CA, the Rocky Mountains. Ill try from a few more places.
